Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in its original condition
  • Include original tags and packaging (if applicable)
  • Not show signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products

Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged through normal wear and tear
  • Items returned beyond the return window

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the issue

We will review the case and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.

If you need an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
